We work together with PostNL for shipping. Together we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. This is often within 1 working day, if you order before 12:00 your order will often be delivered the next day! If you have not received your order after 4 days, please contact our customer service.

Je bestelling kan bij jouw thuis worden afgeleverd of op een ander adres (bijvoorbeeld je werk). Wij vragen per bestelling een bijdrage in de verzendkosten van €6,55. Gratis verzending boven de €75.

Delivery via PostNL 
PostNL delivers your order to the address you specified. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered to the neighbors or offered again later. The day and time of the 2nd delivery depends on the day of the 1st delivery. If you are not at home during the 2nd delivery, you will receive a note in your mailbox. This shows which PostNL Service Point you can collect the package from. You have three weeks to collect the package, otherwise the package will be returned.

Pick up at a PostNL Post Office  
You no longer have to stay at home to receive your package. You can have your package delivered to one of PostNL's 2,700 collection points. You decide where your package will be delivered and when you will pick it up. There is always a PostNL location near you. You can pick up the package within two weeks, after which the package will be returned.
